Practice Transfer

One important aim of the research group is to disseminate the scientific findings and results of applied research to the private sector through workshops or lectures in order to create a tangible benefit for companies. At the same time, innovative methodological concepts in the practice transfer or discussions with private sector can help to ensure that the company perspective on Africa as a continent of opportunity plays a role in the identification of scientific topics. Here it is essential that practice and applied research are mutually beneficial. 

Transfer into practice also takes place through studies and articles in scientific journals, practice-oriented management journals, newspapers and publications by associations and authorities. We also publish occasional Blogs on Africa related platforms. Our experts give keynotes and participate in panel discussions at management conferences, task force meetings, political party committee meetings, industry associations or companies.
