DBA goes Ethiopia – Research exchange with Addis Ababa University

New research exchange with AAU

We are excited to announce that the Doing Business in Africa (DBA) Research Group at ESB Business School will engage in a research and teaching staff exchange with Addis Ababa University (AAU) in the years 2023-2025. AAU is the top university in Ethiopia and among the top 25 universities in Africa according to Scimago Institutions Rankings. As part of our DAAD sponsored Erasmus+ program for academic staff exchange, the agreement has been signed.

Starting this year, researchers from AAU and DBA at ESB Business School will conduct reciprocal visits for research and teaching purposes. This exchange aims to deepen research collaboration between DBA and AAU scholars and extend the research network with African academia. The goal is to create joint publications as research outcomes.
